Sheridan College serves 16,000 full-time and 35,000 continuing education students at campuses in Oakville and Brampton, Ontario, and Mississauga. Program options range from one-year certificates to four-year Bachelor's degrees, in the arts, business, community service and technology fields.

Programs

Sheridan offers 24 one-year post-graduate programs, including Advanced Television and Film, Computer Animation, International Business, Financial Planning, and Marketing Management.

What makes us unique

Sheridan's programs are career-focused and prepare students with a blend of theoretical and applied, hands-on learning for their chosen field. Most programs include a co-op, internship or field placement, which gives students the advantage of on-the-job experience before they graduate.

Research opportunities

Sheridan has a number of active applied research initiatives and units which provide opportunities for students across a range of disciplines to participate. These include the Sheridan Elder Research Centre, Visualization Design Institute, Screen Industries Research and Training Centre, and High Performance Computing (Access Grid and Shared Hierarchical Academic Research Computing Network).

Getting a job

82 percent of grads have a job in the arts, business, health sciences, community service and technology fields, and more, within six months.
