Your career. We’ll take it to new heights.

Who is Enterprise Holdings? For one, we’re a leader in the transportation service industry. With annual revenues of $24.1 billion, our family of brands – including Alamo Rent A Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental – has over 100,000 dedicated team members doing business in more than 90 countries.

Our first Canadian branch opened more than 25 years ago with just four employees. Today, Enterprise is the largest car rental company in Canada, with over 5,700 employees in more than 760 established locations.

Because of our size, we’re in a unique position to foster innovation, advance research and test market-driven solutions. But that’s not all. By combining your drive, commitment and talent with our empowering culture and strong focus on people and shared success, you’ll have everything you need to move yourself forward and realize your ambitions – wherever they may take you.

We’ve been recognized for our great careers.

Management Training Program

Beginning with your first day as an Enterprise Management Trainee, you’ll get real responsibility and valuable, hands-on experience across many roles. From customer service to finance, and operations to marketing, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful, multimillion-dollar business.

The skills and experience you’ll gain through formal and on-the-job training will be the foundation of your career at Enterprise. You’ll learn everything from how to exceed our customers’ expectations to managing a team of people and a fleet of hundreds of vehicles.

At Enterprise, we promote from within based on performance, not seniority. So, the more you put into the program, the more you’ll get out of it. Just ask current CEO Pam Nicholson, who began her career at Enterprise as a Management Trainee.

Management Internship Program

What’s the fastest route to a successful career? We think it’s all about getting started as soon as possible – and our interns tend to agree. By joining our Management Internship Program, you’ll discover this for yourself. You’ll hit the ground running and take on many of the same tasks as our Management Trainees. That means you’ll have the opportunity to gain all kinds of new experiences, develop business and leadership skills and grow your entrepreneurial spirt – all with the goal of helping you plan for exactly the type of future you want.

And while you’re busy learning, earning and growing, we’ll make sure your efforts are rewarded and applauded. This internship will be more than just a line on a resume. It’ll help you stand out from the crowd.
