Ingersoll Rand Industrial Technologies provides products, services and solutions that enhance our customers' energy efficiency, productivity and operations. Our diverse and innovative products range from complete compressed air systems, tools and pumps to material and fluid handling systems and environmentally friendly microturbines. We also enhance productivity through solutions created by Club Car(R), the global leader in golf and utility vehicles for businesses and individuals. Lead, manage and direct all activities of the Customer Center Services business including acquiring, training and retaining services personnel to achieve superior capabilities to satisfy our customers. Meet service and parts revenue and operating income goals, environmental compliance and safe work practices requirements through effective planning, implementation and reinforcement of resources. Percentage of Travel:1-3%

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Hire, train, evaluate and develop service personnel on products to be serviced to guarantee that customer service needs can always be met. Coach, counsel and manage performance for all service-related personnel with assistance of Customer Center Manager.
-Manage Department's expense budgets and resources responsibly and effectively.
-Respond to customer calls for service work by effectively trouble-shooting and questioning customers via phone and assessing most appropriate course of action regarding service needed and best technician to meet customer needs. Schedule (or direct scheduling of) service personnel in most efficient and productive manner possible.
-Develop creative sales programs to more effectively sell Customer Center service and parts capabilities to satisfy customers. Effectively work with Sales Engineers and Customer Center Manager by alerting team-members regarding customer needs for new equipment. Conduct and direct training and developing other Customer Center employees and conducting customer training seminars.
-Supervise maintenance of accurate and up-to-date completion of service reports, warranties, invoicings for service work and active purchase orders, work orders and rental equipment, start-up forms and maintenance start-up logs and files.
-Prepare or direct the preparation of all service quotations and proposals.
-Maintain a safe, clean and orderly repair facility and warehouse while meeting all company and governmental safety and environmental regulations. Promote safe work practices through policy enforcement and training and development regarding safety and environmental concerns.
-Interface with Ingersoll Rand manufacturing locations and vendor factories regarding engineering and warranty problems with air compressors and related accessories.
