Our programs

Loyalty101. This is our comprehensive onboarding program, designed to guide you in launching a successful career with us. Here, we share our core values, teach you about our business, and educate you in the loyalty industry as a whole.

Planning. Each year with us, you’ll create a new set of developmental goals, and we’ll do our part in fostering an effective career plan with you moving forward.

Career Pathways. We want to ensure you’re receiving the most enriching career experience at LoyaltyOne. Using our Career Pathways resources, you’ll be equipped with the tools to learn more about your career options within our company, and the skills you’ll need to achieve these goals.

Learning. The learning never stops at LoyaltyOne. With us, we’ll provide you with the resources you’ll need to grow as a professional. Materials include: web courses, books, reports, and industry best practices.

Support. If you want to take your learning beyond what we offer at LoyaltyOne, we’ll support you the entire way. As a permanent associate, you may be able to receive financial support to enrol in post-secondary courses, or classes to maintain professional designations.

Loyalty programs

AIR MILES Reward Program gives its collectors the opportunity to earn reward miles from various transactions (including groceries and gas stations). Since its launch in 1992, it’s be the leader of its kind in driving behavioural change in customers, keeping them loyal to the brands sponsoring the program.

Dotz is dubbed as Brazil’s “second currency” and is a full-scale retail loyalty coalition, partnering with some of the country’s top brands. A program aimed to appeal to all customers in Brazil, it helps to inform sponsoring brands of its shopper behaviours across all consumer classes.

BrandLoyalty is a global leader in loyalty marketing, operating in over 50 countries. The team is dedicated to creating innovative and incentivized shopper loyalty programs for food retailers worldwide.



Colloquy is a publishing, education, and research company, bringing together loyalty professionals from around the world.

Squareknot is the go-to marketing agency for brand loyalty, specializing in connecting top names with customers.

Precima is a global retail strategy and analytics company that turns customer insights into transformative solutions that business leaders can use to make smarter business decisions.
