School Barrhead Composite High

School

Located approximately 120 km northwest of Edmonton, Barrhead Composite

High School (BCHS), is a grade 7-12 school.

The

Position

The successful candidate must be a self-directed

team player who will have the opportunity and responsibility to create a safe

and welcoming environment in which all students and staff can grow and be

successful. Duties are to commence August 26, 2024 and will end June 27, 2025.

Qualifications:

Permanent Alberta Teacher Certification

Willingness to work collaboratively as a

member of a professional learning community

The ability to work effectively with

diverse students and parent groups

Strong evidence of instructional leadership

Previous Principal and/or Associate Principal experience is preferred

Individuals must have a Master of Education

degree or a plan to pursue their Master of Education degree
