ABOUT

St. Francis de Sales Catholic elementary school is seeking a full-time teacher for the 2024-2025 school year, part time Kindergarten, part time library/ADST . Interested applicants must have a strong commitment to the Catholic faith, demonstrate competency with the redesigned curriculum including interactive technology, and be willing to work in a team atmosphere with the support of our excellent learning resource teacher and our dedicated education assistants. At our school, we prioritize fostering a collaborative environment where our educators work closely together to instill our core values as we develop and deliver engaging curriculum. The successful candidate would be responsible for teaching all subject areas except PE, French and Music, as well as assist with extra-curricular programs and activities that would hopefully align with your interests. On an on-going basis, we accept teacher applications for grade levels K to 12 for our Catholic schools throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Powell River in beautiful British Columbia. All Catholics, non-Catholics, new education grads, and experienced teachers from across Canada are strongly encouraged to apply. Our major hiring season is in April for the following school year, but we recommend that you apply now as we receive an influx of applications.
