The Canadian School Group (CSG) offers a binational program for Early Years to High School, through Alberta and Mexican curricula in an English immersion environment.

We are seeking a dynamic Head of School to join the school to lead a highly skilled, experienced, and collaborative team. SKILLS AND TALENTS

Presence in the school visible positive role model

Provide instructional leadership that supports success for every student

Lead teachers, students, and support staff through proven skills at identifying areas for growth and strengths and continuous improvement for student success

Support and mentor staff in implementation of high quality instructional and assessment practices, and facilitation of collaborative teamwork

Possess strong management skills initiative, financial planning, budgeting, scheduling, curriculum mapping, developing policy and implementing school structures

Highly proficient communication skills

Commitment to building a learning community with all stakeholders

Knowledgeable on current and effective implementation of an inclusive education model

Proven history of supporting new teachers and integrating teachers new to the school or curriculum
