Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Summer Student Technology Support Assistant to join our team. This position primarily involves providing essential technology cleaning services for PCs, Chromebooks, iPads, and other devices. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in setting up classroom technology upon request from teachers, perform factory reset image and inventory tasks for computers, and aid in installing printing systems for staff computers. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in educational technology support and maintenance.Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly clean and sanitize PCs, Chromebooks, iPads, and other electronic devices according to established protocols.

Ensure all devices are free from dust, debris, and fingerprints, maintaining a clean and presentable appearance.

Perform factory reset imaging on computers and devices to restore them to their original state.

Conduct inventory tasks, including logging device serial numbers, tracking equipment movement, and maintaining accurate records of technology assets.

Assist teachers with setting up classroom technology equipment, including projectors, interactive whiteboards, and audio-visual systems, as requested. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an educational program

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

Prior experience in technology support or maintenance is a plus but not required.

Duration and Schedule:

This is a seasonal position lasting for the duration of the summer break. The schedule will be determined based on operational needs and the availability of the successful candidate. Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:00 pm.Note:
