Demonstrates recent experience in supporting students with special education needs, including development and implementation of IPPs and coordination of multidisciplinary services.

Demonstrates skills in planning for diverse learning needs.

Demonstrates skills and knowledge in early literacy with a strong understanding of balanced literacy, reading and writing.

Possesses an understanding of current inclusive education expectations and practices

Demonstrates the ability to work well with individuals and groups of teachers in a collaborative manner with focus on student-centered decision making.Assets: Masters Degree in Education/Special Education with course work and experience in assessment (Level B) and positive behavior supports are assets

Experience and training in Early Literacy Intervention
