APPOINTMENT: As soon as possible.DESCRIPTION: To effectively maintain the physical mechanical school plant in a condition of operating excellence that will ensure the full educational use of these facilities at all times.

To assume primary responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of all Plumbing fixtures and systems which the Board places under this jurisdiction of care and maintenance

To assist the Boards HVAC & mechanical staff as required.

To perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager Maintenance and Renewal Services

QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a current Ontario 306A Plumbers License

Gas Technician level 2 Certificate an asset

Must have experience with commercial plumbing fixtures, service and maintenance

Must have minimum 10 years experience

Must be capable of working with minimum supervision.

Must possess a current Class G Ontario Drivers License and clear driving record.

Good physical condition and must be physically capable of assuming the duties of the position from the date of appointment.
