Start date: September 2024 Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for two enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistants to work for a good OFSTED-rated secondary school located in West London. They are interested in hearing from both experienced and recently qualified candidates, and will assist in supporting the right candidate where necessary.

The school prides themselves on providing a great education to their students and is looking for teaching assistants with varying subject knowledge ranging from physical education to the core subjects, such as math or science. The school staff are passionate about what they do, and their commitment is evident in the wide range of curricular and co-curricular activities provided to the students. They all know their students well and monitor their attainment very closely to provide all adequate support needed. The ideal candidate will be charismatic and willing to work full-time hours.

Providing one-on-one assistance to students

To qualify, you must have:

Be eligible to work in the UK

Be able to remain calm in stressful situations

Be highly motivated and focused on achieving the best for every student

Have a fun-working, positive attitude and desire towards working with all students

Have strong behaviour management skills

Have excellent communication skills

Be willing to work full-time hours

Be organized, with good time management

Successfully undergo criminal background checks
