Position Summary

Under the direction of the Supervisor/Designate, and reporting directly to an Area Transportation Officer, this position is responsible for specified components of the development and implementation of home to school transportation services for eligible students of both the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board and the Peel District School Board. Responsibilities include updating student data, planning of bus runs, responding appropriately, using customer service skills, to inquiries and complaints, and communication with school administrators and contracted service providers, and parents/guardians. Maintaining confidentiality is a requirement of this position. Basic Qualifications: Secondary School Diploma

A minimum of three (3) years relevant office experience

Proficient in the use of Board provided computer-based technologies to create, manipulate, store and retrieve

Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicleAnd Evidence from previous work history of satisfactory attendance and punctualityVisit for more details
