PRINCIPAL (5 YEAR PERMANENT)

HILLCREST SCHOOL - ALTERNATIVE PATHWAYS TO GRADUATION This position is a 5-year term beginning in August 2024. The principal will play a pivotal role in developing programming and setting the vision of this new school.

SELECTION CRITERIA have successfully completed at least five years teaching experience.

possess a New Brunswick Principal's Certificate.

have or have had a continuing contract with a School District in the Province of New Brunswick.SHORTLISTING

Only candidates who meet the above requirements will be considered for the position unless there a not an application from a candidate who does not meet the qualifications.

For short listing for interview selection, preference may be given to applicants who:

have successful administration experience.

demonstrate successful leadership experience in a creative student learning focused environment.

successfully demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the leadership and teaching practices

successfully demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners in supporting student learning.

Masters degree will be considered an asset.

experience as a principal will be considered an asset.
