Temporary Accounting Services Administrator - 1.0 FTE - 12 Month Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Accounting Supervisor, the Accounting Services Administrator will provide assistance to Accounts Payable/Receivable and provide relief on the Reception Desk during coffee breaks, noon hour and day to day absences. The Accounting Services Administrator will also provide relief and assistance to the Purchasing and Plant department and will be required to replace the Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator, Purchasing Administrative Assistant and the Plant Administrative Assistant as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Grade 12 education plus one-year college course in an office administration field or the equivalent combination of education or experience. The ability to perform accounting duties are essential. Experience in a computer environment, familiarity with Microsoft and Excel are essential.

Effective Date : April to August 30, 2024
