Custodial Contract Opportunity

Pat Hardy Elementary , Whitecourt, Alberta

Applications are requested for the care-taking of the Pat Hardy Primary School in the Town of Whitecourt, Alberta. The contract will commence July 1, 2024 .

The contractor will: provide his/her own equipment and cleaning supplies (paper products, garbage bags, ice melt and hand soap are supplied);

be responsible for general custodial services, minor repairs and minor grounds maintenance, including sidewalk snow/ice removal;

provide liability/bond/key insurance;

provide WCB coverage, and

provide you Health and Safety Plan

provide records of staff training

provide current criminal record check within three (3) months for the contract holder and all employees, prior to the starting date of the Contract.Pat Hardy Elementary is a Pre-K- Grade 5 school with a total of 3755.83 square meters and is at 93% of the schools utilization. Pat Hardy Elementary is looking for an enthusiastic and hands on cleaning team that can commit to the outlined cleaning tasks within the contract and that will develop a great working relationship with the staff and students. The current annual Contract price is $91,103.89, including sidewalk cleaning and lawn maintenance, GST is extra.
