Six students do grade 6 curriculum topics and four students do grade 8 curricular topics in Mathematics and ELA.) The successful applicant will also manage progress and tutor four Senior Years students who are working with self-directed independent study guides. Full-time EA support is provided. Edelweiss School is a K-12 school which is part of the Plum Coulee Unit and has about 32 students. The school is located on the Blumengart Hutterite Colony, about 11 km south of the town of Plum Coulee. A beautiful new school building provides ample space for classrooms, a multi-purpose area, gymnasium and resource areas. Currently the school has 2 professional staff as well as Educational Assistant support, shared between the primary and middle years and senior years students. Salary and Benefits: The compensation package for this position is in accordance with the Collective Agreement between the Garden Valley School Division and the Garden Valley Teachers Association.
