The Guest Services department at Home Office is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Guest Services Coordinator / Part-Time Bilingual Guest Services Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, Guest Experience. For this role candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule which will include weekends, evening and holidays.

Responsibilities & Duties include:

  • Responding to incoming calls, e-mail, and letters from Guests across Canada who have a concern, suggestion, or inquiry.
  • Filing investigations of Guest concerns with relevant theatres, Regional Management, and National Support Centre staff.
  • Composing well-written and informative letters of response to Guest concerns.
  • Flagging sensitive or priority issues for management response.
  • Use available resources to make independent decisions that are in the best interest of the Guest and company.
  • Participate in training activities to enhance skills, knowledge and abilities on an on-going basis.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have at minimum a high school diploma and a post-secondary certificate or diploma would be an asset.
  • Experience working in a theatre or knowledge of theatre operations.
  • Guest service experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Superb telephone etiquette and conversation management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Flexible, professional, proactive, polite and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in both French and English would be considered an asset.
