We consider all pitches and stories of non-fiction that are related to careers, education, job culture, and job advice. Elegant, insightful, witty and professional pieces make us happy. If you’ve interviewed experts to help round out your story and back up your claims, bonus points are awarded and you’ll move to the top of the pile.

While we are all voracious readers of fiction, we do not publish fiction, poetry, or experimental non-fiction. Sorry, just not our bag.

• Features and cover stories should be no longer than 1300 words.
• Industry Insiders and other stories should be no longer than 800 words.

We love videos. Have an idea for a video? Already have one? Send it our way. And keep ‘em short. Our attention span barely makes it to the three minute mark.

Both writing and video submissions may be sent to editor at jobpostings dot ca. If you haven’t received a response within 4-6 weeks, your submission hasn’t been accepted. Sorry.
