All full-time employees and part-time employees with two years of service are all eligible for our annual CT Profit Sharing award, created in 1968 to allow employees to feel and act like owners, and to reward them for their contributions to the company’s success.
CT Savings is a voluntary plan that allows you (all full-time employees and part-time employees with two years of service) to contribute into a variety of registered and non-registered accounts and receive a company match of up to five per cent of earnings.
