It is an especially exciting time to join Canadian Tire.Our Supply Chain and Merchandising teams are responsible for connecting our quality products and services with our customers. The Merchandising team uses planning frameworks and tools to provide recommendations that will ensure financial results, and provide decisions on key inputs such as point of sales forecasts. The Supply Chain team is constantly undertaking process improvement initiatives, fine tuning capacity models, employing technology solutions, building strong relationships with third party logistics and product suppliers to better manage one of the countrys deepest and most extensive supply chain networks.What Youll Do The successful candidate will gain exposure to Canadian Tire Store Operations and insight into programs andmarketing initiatives the Corporation is currently working on within stores. You will track and analyze District SupportManager objectives, assist with ad hoc requests and process Quick Wins from the field for posting to MyCT. You will compile and edit post-mortem feedback on major marketing programs.

Directly support the Store Support Team by compiling information, collecting and maintaining database information, such as the issue resolution tracker. Interacting with the District Support Managers to support team initiatives and manage weekly deliverables such as Quick Wins. Partnering with Sr. Relationship Consultants to compile and create weekly presentations on behalf of senior leaders. Assist in the co-ordination of major marketing or store operational initiatives.Who You AreWe are looking for talented individuals who:
