Start Rate: $18 - $20/hr

Our services, which are available at no cost to you, include workshops, individual coaching, training opportunities, and more. Our client is a group cash back platform that connects shoppers to the $25 billion school, supports and community marketplace. They make it easier for people to raise up to five times more money online and for retailers to drive sales, acquire customers and improve communities by leveraging the convenience of online shopping. As a certified B-corporation, they are passionate about using technology to drive positive social change.

They are seeking a focused and creative digital marketer who can help drive their dynamic digital marketing program forward, which includes email, social, organic and paid efforts. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be engaged in all facets of these programs including analysis, strategy, planning, creative development and execution.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Weekly marketing analytics, reporting and insights.
  • Paid marketing program execution, including Facebook, Google and various other partners. This effort entails:
    • The development of new creatives and weekly experiments.
    • Reviewing and managing daily budgets and optimizations.
    • Coordination with partner account managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee content writing and keyword insight efforts for SEO program, as well as link building program.
  • Distribute promotions and content on social platforms.
  • Oversee external social marketing efforts.
  • Develop creative ideas for new acquisition and revenue generation activities.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly growth activities.


  • Strong analysis skills with proficiency in generating and developing reports and insights using tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of paid digital marketing platforms including Facebook Ad Manager and Google AdWords would be an asset to have.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing principles, including funnel optimization, conversion, performance metrics, engagement metrics, and ROI.
  • Use of social media platforms for the purpose of content distribution and analysis a plus.
  • Basic working knowledge of web design and development concepts including HTML/Web editors, image editors, and link development.
  • Experience with work and office collaboration tools including Google Docs/Sheets, Slack, and Jira (or the like).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
