Responsibilities

·         Create and place purchase orders for all Loose Leaf Tea and Tea Sachet products according to current price list and agreements and ensuring proper sign-off

·         Coordinate with the Kit and Assembly & Packaging  teams for order quantities, revisions and production schedule ensuring proper stock of tea is available for all projects

·         Coordinate with co-packers to ensure all components are delivered on time and finished product meets launch dates

·         SKU creation of all tea related products in AX and ensure proper launch execution

·         In charge of entering markdowns/promotions in the system, updating buyer's line sheet, and coordinating photo samples;

Responsibilities

·         Prepare feasibility plan layouts using LODs provided by landlords to confirm site adaptability for new store locations;

·         Collaborate with the Real Estate team to produce feasibility studies timely and accurately;

·         Schedule and lead kick-off meetings and design review meetings with internal and external partners, including architects, engineers, vendors and other internal team members;

·         Collaborate with Landlord Tenant Coordinators to obtain all necessary approvals;

·         Participate and Lead any Special Project Assignments as needed;

·         Potentially travel to stores to perform site inspections as needed;

·         Participate in and lead design initiatives for fixtures, impulse acrylics, displays, etc.;
