WHAT YOULL DO:

TheLead,Digital Analytics Implementationis an expertin all aspects ofIndigosanalyticsimplementation, includingdriving a roadmap of investments to our analyticsand testingtool stack, ensuring the analytics and reporting needs of the business are met, and championing our data collection practices.The role will lead Indigos efforts in identifyingandimplementingautomation and innovation in web analytics implementation, quality assurance and reporting.The Lead is alsoresponsible for the development of advanced JavaScript code involving analytics implementations with platforms such as Google Analytics, and the Adobe Marketing Cloud.

  • Drive roadmap of analytics and testing tool stack investments, leading project teams in end-to-end identification and implementation of web analytics, quality assurance, and reporting automation and innovation
  • Work with development teams to install, configureanduse web analytics services such as Google Analytics, Adobe MarketingCloudetc.
  • Lead a team with site tag implementationandcustom rules development,leveragingdata layer elements for analysis through best-in class Tag Management Solution platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager, Tealium,Ensighten, Signal, and others
  • Partner with ProductTeamsto identify KPIs for new initiatives and recommend strategies to measure success
  • Ensure alignment of data structures (eVars, props, events) across multiple reporting suites, and lead efforts to integrate data from multiple sources into the Adobe reporting suite
  • Support ongoing refinement of processes and documentation governing all aspects of Adobe analytics tagging, implementation, QA and reporting
  • Serve as the primary lead on the development of implementation documentation for client developers that details page code requirements and data layer details to support stated business analysis needs
  • Lead and/or perform quality assurance tests on tracking implementations
  • Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
  • Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
  • Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them
  • Enable business teams to be data driven and make fact-based decisions while deriving customer insights from digital analytics datasets
  • Collaborate with others to drive flexible anditerative solutions, quickly and easily
  • Support driving the Indigo analytics practice to the next level by constantly pushing the status quo and upskilling others around you on analytics best practices

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5-7yearsdefining the structure of data layers and ensuringAdobeanalytics is implemented through tag management systems
  • 5-7years on-the-job experience implementing web analytics tools using Google/ Adobe Analytics
  • Experience withfront-end web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS,JQuery).
  • Adept with at least one Tag Management Solution such as Google Tag Manger, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager,Ensighten, Signal, Tealium orTagMan
  • Proficient with tag auditing tools such as Fiddler, Charles,ObservePoint, WASP
  • Experience with iOS and Android SDKs for mobile platform analytics deployment Experience with SQL-based queries (PHP, MySQL or other), flat-file handling through programmatic code, and ETL tools
  • Experience using Google or Adobe APIs to insert and extract
  • Adobe/Google Certified Expert Implementation aplu
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical andproblem solvingskills, and excellentattention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate/negotiate with various technology and business stakeholders, comfortable with asking the tough questions to ensure the success of organizational projects
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to be able to communicate effectivelyto both a technical and business audience at the senior leadership and the working level
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize work in a demanding environment
  • A drive to understand the relationships between data and activities, draw conclusions and use critical thinking to validate/verify outputs
