  • Deliver top of the line customer service and support to a platform of 1500direct delivery customers from a wide range of channels including restaurant/bars, LCBO/ The Beer Store/Grocery Stores
  • Responsible for making outbound calls for orders, as well as fielding all inbound orders/inquiries from customers
  • Foster strong working relationships with a team of 15Outside Sales Territory Managers to ensure Inside Sales Department is a reliable resource for them when selling in the field
  • Act as a direct link to the brewery for Territory Managers for any number of inquiries (customer order/delivery status, on hand inventory questions) and in turn are also able to relay any important information (complaints/concerns, equipment/draught issues, missed/emergency delivery requests)
  • Work in tandem with Territory Managers to help ensure execution on everything from programming/activation initiatives, to soliciting pre-orders for new product launches in the LCBO and On Premise accounts
  • Work with Accounts Receivable in managing the outstanding balances for direct delivery customers
  • Work with Logistics/Transportation Department when assembling delivery runs, referencing delivery schedules and checking on delivery status for customer orders

  • University Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Previous Sales experience preferred
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak and write English fluently
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data to create useful sales reports & presentations
  • Ability to work in a high-pressured environment
  • Drive and dedication to reach and exceed targets
  • Strong knowledge in MS office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Functional and navigational knowledge of the internet
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
