We are looking for a strong Administrative Assistant in the downtown Toronto core.

If you have previous administrative assistance experience and Accounting background , please read below and apply today!

Overview of Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Taking meeting minutes
- Assisting with data entry
- Scheduling
- Email and phone correspondence
- Liaising with external and internal clients and vendors
- Ad-hoc Administrative support
