The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is an entry level job used to train and assess new talent that are essential to the success and continued growth of our company. The CSR will develop valuable skills and knowledge that are essential to advancing to other positions in the organization.

The primary focus of a CSR is to create top producers and leaders within our organization in operations or sales. You will be working with and training with some of the best in the industry in a welcoming team environment where you will learn the importance of working together and be driven by your naturally competitive instinct. As a CSR you will be given the opportunity to have a successful and fulfilling career, it’s up to you to earn it.

 

Additional Description of Duties:

  • Provide operational support to Sales Representatives and Account Managers
  • Develop relationships with existing suppliers as well as continuously recruit new suppliers.
  • Obtain accurate and current information from our many suppliers
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Communicate with operations group on load coverage, service, available capacity and margin.

  • Strong computer skills/knowledge
  • Work well under pressure
  • Possess strong problem solving skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong telephone presentation and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a competitive drive
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes stressful, time-sensitive environment. 
  • Desire for continuous learning and continuous ambition
