Fortessa Tableware Solutions Canada, Inc. needs an organized, self motivated individual to manage our Vancouver Showroom and help support our BC sales initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Facilitating meetings (Vancouver Showroom and other), as well as hosting Vancouver Showroom meetings as needed. • Maintaining the schedule of the Vancouver Showroom. • Ordering samples for our Vancouver Showroom, as needed. • Arranging the product display to coincide with company standards. • Answering phones, printing paperwork, and general administrative work. • Operating as a Commercial Sales Asst for the BC Team. • Attend and participate in product training and other training as required. • When appropriate, attend meetings/company functions necessary to perform duties. • Some travel may be necessary for training, meetings, etc. • Primary local security contact for the building. • Other duties as assigned, and while not a comprehensive list, could include: • Assist the CFS Customer Service and Data Entry Teams outside of Vancouver (not physically, but from a support standpoint), if applicable, and time-permitting (work with BDA(s) or Strategic Account team to determine). • When needed, assist with the introduction/marketing of new programs/products to perspective customers. • Work with BDA and Strategic Accounts to learn how to utilize CRM to track and manage sales leads and opportunities. • Facilitate Western Canadian orders through our BC Warehouse. • Assist to manage BC inventory MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have High School Diploma. • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. • Must have great customer service skills. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must have great attention to details.
