THE ROLE

As a Key Account Manager, your primary focus is to build strong relationships with new and existing clients ensuring you are servicing their needs with the Ricoh portfolio of products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting for new business and servicing existing customers 
  • Customer proposals, product demonstrations and presentations
  • Sell RICOH hardware and software solutions plus services to specific accounts within your assignment

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

  • College or university degree, or equivalent experience in a related field

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience 
  • Must be comfortable making cold calls for business development and lead generation
  • Able to provide strong customer service and build relationships 
  • Ability to perform with minimal direct supervision
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office Excel, Lotus Notes, etc.) a must
  • Previous sales experience is an asset 

OTHER:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
