Job Location: 
  • Partner with an HRBP team to support the delivery and execution of programs and initiatives across the portfolio
  • Support the execution of "Best-in-Class" HR strategies and solutions that enable business priorities and the people strategy
  • Identify issues requiring research or analysis, determine solutions directly or in consultation with relevant business leaders and other internal / external groups
  • Work with CoE and Shared Services partners to align solutions across the portfolio, and make recommendations to optimize processes and use of enterprise systems and tools
  • Provide meaningful information in response to issues and questions raised
  • Support the development and tracking of milestones and other performance management tools and processes key to program success
  • Manage, analyze and draw insights from HR data to inform HR recommendations and decision making
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite
