Job Location: 

Work closely with Communications team, business partners and senior leaders to develop and implement internal communication strategies that support TD Securities business objectives.
Provide strategic communications counsel and support to senior leadership and business partners for transformational change initiatives. Develop, execute and support proactive and reactive communications tactics to support complex initiatives.
Write and edit compelling, creative and clear materials relevant to the intended audience, including executive communications, plans, employee articles, intranet content, video scripts, infographics and more.
Develop and manage good working relationships and maintain open dialogue with key internal/ external business partners and stakeholders to ensure adequate execution of project deliverables. Actively work to resolve escalated issues and manage changes within the project/program/initiative.
Provide innovative ideas to help improve strategic plans and tactics. Recommend changes as needed and be agile to implement changes as they occur. Evaluate effectiveness of communication vehicles through analytics and post-execution evaluations. Incorporate lessons learned into current and future projects/programs.
Manage the development of communications to address business needs in alignment with communications standards and policies, ensuring that strategies are designed to enhance TD Securities brand with key stakeholders.
Lead on the delivery and management of programs/project plans, ensuring established processes are followed, and delivering all projects on strategy, on time and error free. Ensure a high level of service by ensuring standards are followed and continuously assess the effectiveness of programs, processes and documentation.
