UFCP is looking for individuals who are organized, dependable, hard working, and knowledgeable to become part of our progressive company. If you have a strong desire to achieve valuable work and managerial experience then we have the job for you! This entry level management position is ideal for people who have some business, entrepreneurial, painting, home improvement, or construction experience. As a manager you will:

  • Be the contact person for employees, upper management, office staff and clients
  • Hire, lead, and train employees in all areas of their respective positions
  • Complete payroll and other administrative tasks
  • Read technical specifications and material data sheets
  • Provide estimates for residential and commercial clients
  • Be involved in sales components of the business
  • And above all have a strong focus on client relations

  • Must be currently attending or have recently graduated from a post secondary institution
  • Willing and available to work part time/on call basis during September-April
  • Willing and available to work 40-50 hrs per week during peek season (April-September)
  • Available for mandatory training weekends in January, February and March (3 weekends total- dates TBA)
  • Willing and available to work evenings, weekends, and non-stat holidays if needed - Comfortable managing others
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic
  • Own or access to reliable transportation
